How do I sign up?

  • It is very easy to join our directory!
  • Click here, or use the navigation menu to ‘Add your Business’ or click on ‘Sign-Up’

What explore options are there?

  • You can search by region/location, categories, tags or a text search for the type of business you are looking for.

How do I see my dashboard?

  • Once you have logged in or signed up, use the navigation menu, clicking on your profile name then ‘Dashboard’
  • If you have logged in, you can click here to access your account

How do I edit my listing?

  • Firstly you need to login
  • Click on your profile name in the navigation menu and select ‘My Listings’
  • Find your listing and click ‘Edit’
  • Make your changes as needed
  • At the bottom ensure you select ‘SAVE’

How will people find my profile on the directory?

How long does it take to approve my listing?

  • We try and approve your listing within 24 hours. There may be a small delay if we need to adjust anything. As long as you meet our terms and conditions your will be listed.

Can I add my exact location or just a suburb/region? What do you recommend?

  • Yes of course, but we recommend trying just your region first so you can be found easily.
  • You may have customers coming to your business to it may be more important for you to list your exact address.
  • You can edit this information at any time in your account listing profile.

My location/region or category is not listed, how do we add it?

What is a B’Luvd Store?

  • A B’Luvd Store is simply our marketplace where any business can load, list and sell their products and services online, both via their listing and our special store area.
  • We present the online store by latest products in the system.
  • You can perform a search, or browse by categories, tags or specific vendors.

How do I get my own online store on my profile?

  • Purchase the Professional Package.
  • After approval, your login will be upgraded to a ‘Vendor Administrator’. This will allow you special access to the vendor dashboard where you will load your products or services for sale.
  • Once you have loaded your product, edit your listing and attach those products to your profile listing.

How do I load my products?

  • Login and browse to you dashboard
  • Below your statistics you will see a button ‘Vendor Dashboard’ click on this button to enter the administration screens.
  • Click on ‘Products’ and then ‘Add Product’
  • Complete all the details about your product and click ‘Publish’
  • Your product is now online. Next attach your products to your listing profile.

How do I attach my products to my listing profile?

  • Return to your dashboard, and ‘My Listings’
  • Edit your listing
  • Towards the bottom of the form will be ‘Products’.
  • Click and add your products to display in your listing profile and the B’Luvd Store.
  • Save the your listing form at the bottom, and now your Online Store tab will be live in your profile listing for everyone to see and purchase.

How is an order managed?

  • All orders are managed by the store vendor selling the product or service.
  • This includes pick-up or shipping to the customer.
  • In your administration dashboard, use the ‘Orders’ menu to complete the status of your orders.
  • Customers are notified by email on the purchase, and on completion of the order by an administrator.
  • Store Vendors also receive these emails.

How do I get paid for any orders from B’Luvd?

  • All vendor orders are paid out to the vendor on a weekly basis.
  • The customers total order value is collected by B’Luvd at time of purchase.
  • Please ensure your profile listing includes your Bank, BSB and Account number for all order payouts to the vendor.

What is the payment process for my orders on B’Luvd Directory?

  • Customer purchases via B’Luvd Directory collecting all payments via Credit Card.
  • Within 7 days of settlement, the vendor will be paid the outstanding order total after the 5% handling fee directly to their registered bank details via Direct Deposit.

How do I manage stock/inventory for my store?

  • Browse to your Vendor Dashboard at the bottom of your Profile Dashboard
  • Enter the ‘Products’ area
  • Hove over the product you would like to update, and click ‘Quick Update’
  • Change your inventory value and click on the blue ‘Save’ button

How do I create a ‘Variant’ product?

What are the fees involved?

  • We offer a FREE basic business listing at all times.
  • At anytime you can upgrade to our Standard or Professional Packages.
  • Standard and Professional packages have a monthly subscription model for 12 months.
  • We keep a 5% commission on all orders processed via the B’Luvd Stores. This helps us keep the costs down including credit card processing fees and administration of the systems to help you sell your products and services via our directory.
