What inspired you to start your own business?
Recognising that the local regions and beyond did not have a local, accessible website support service that wasn’t contract based and high prices to access expertise normally gained through larger businesses with larger budgets.

How do you balance the demands of running a business with your personal life, and what advice would you give to other aspiring entrepreneurs?
Time management is key. I keep a diary, and a comprehensive task list, outsource what I can, work to timelines and automate as much of the service as possible, focusing on customer relationships and new business.
